RMA & Warranty policies
Last updated: 14.05.2026
At Forsol, we stand behind the quality of the products we distribute. Our Return Merchandise Authorization process is designed to be transparent and efficient, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
1. General policies.
- All new products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty terms for B-grade and refurbished products are determined and agreed upon individually.
- Returns are accepted only for defective items (DOA – Dead on Arrival) or shipping errors.
- We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or unsold stock unless previously agreed in writing.
2. RMA process.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Fill out our RMA request form.
- Send the completed form to our team via email at rma@forsol.pl within 7 days of receiving the shipment to report any issues.
- Once approved, we will send your RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all factory labels intact.
NOTE: Returns without an assigned RMA number or without a prior written agreement will not be accepted.
3. Testing & Resolution.
- Every returned item undergoes technical inspection at our logistics hub.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a credit note if a replacement is not possible. You will be notified via email.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or inadequate packaging during return shipping are not eligible for credit.
4. Shipping Costs.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items to our warehouse unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Forsol covers the cost of shipping the replacement items back to the customer in the case of a justified warranty claim.
5. Final Provisions.
- The parties shall solve any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to the RMA process through friendly negotiations and mutual agreement before initiating any formal or legal proceedings.
- These terms and conditions and all sales contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the RMA process or transactions shall be settled exclusively by the Polish court having jurisdiction over Forsol's registered office.
- Forsol sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend this RMA policy at any time without prior notice. The version effective at the time of the purchase invoice date shall apply.
- If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
