How it works?
To initiate RMA process, please follow these steps:
- 1Fill out our RMA request form from this page.
- 2Send the completed form to our team via email at rma@forsol.pl within 7 days of receiving the shipment to report any issues.
- 3We'll review your request and reply within 2 business days.
- 4Once approved, we will send your RMA number and shipping instructions.
NOTE: Returns without an assigned RMA number or without a prior written agreement will not be accepted.
